Aamina's abduction Part 1

I had agreed to the summer holidays as Humma Fazal Karim Dar proposed. In her email to me she writes “Do bear in mind that she will be spending the whole of the 2nd Eid with you.” Little did I know, that in fact she had planned to abduct Aamina unlawfully from the UK with the help of others. Statistically most abductions take place during the summer months as in the case of my daughter.  In fact Humma Fazal Karim Dar obtained without my consent and knowledge a Pakistani passport by deception, providing false details in June of 2011.

It is alleged by the family members in Morden that on the 26th of August 2011 during the holy month of Ramadan, that it is common practice for a mother and a young child of six just to leave the house in the early hours of the morning to do ithikaf in the Lake District or as one family member put it “up north” and her father alleged he believed she had taken hiking boots during the holy of Ramadan!!. During my marriage to Humma Fazal Karim Dar, she had never performed ithikaf and neither was she a keen hiker so therefore it is unbelievable she would drag Aamina who is 6 years of age out of bed at around 5 am for this purpose. Aamina like any child of her age would struggle to wake up at 5am and to do so without disturbing the 4 family members is extremely difficult to believe, especially in a 3 bedroom terraced house in Morden. Furthermore, the family members would have been awake around this time for suhoor, the start of the fast. It is alleged that Humma Fazal Karim Dar left with Aamina around 6 am and had not been seen or heard of for 9 days. Ask yourself one question? In our close knit Asian families, it is likely for someone's daughter, or sister to leave at around 6 am without providing any contact details of where they are going with a 6 year old child, not knowing how they left the house, by car, bus, taxi. More puzzling is the fact that you would go to the Lake District with hiking boots and a six year old child to perform ithikaf. Even more disturbing after knowing your own daughter or your sister has been missing for 9 days without any contact, you would not be extremely concerned. So little was the concern shown that the parents flew to Bahrain on the 3rd of September 2011.
